Lactose: Lactose is a sugar composed of two easily absorbed simple sugar molecules bound together that must be broken down by an enzyme found in our guts. That enzyme fades as some people age, and then the complex sugar becomes in essence a laxative as it passes through unabsorbed.

Usually nausea: I see you have the component of OCD involved so you are likely to worry more than others. Foul smelling milk is usually spoiled, if it hasn't caused you stomach upset, that's fortunate. It would unlikely result in any serious harm. Smell the milk separately to figure out the source. When in doubt, you can replace the bottle you mix it in. Otherwise wash with good soap/water and smell the bottle.

Frequent feedings: Putting the infant to breast is the fastest and most reliable way to make milk. Drink plenty of fluids and put infant to breast every 2-3 hrs. We in America are too used to fast-foods.  It takes time for your milk to come in. Be patient. Not against supplementing w/ formula if necessary for short time.

if i starve myself in 10 days(just drink 200-300ml milk per day) how many pounds i can i lose? i want to lose weigh as fast as possible :(

Starvation Diet: This is the absolutely worst option for you to choose.  When you starve your body shuts off the metabolism factory and holds onto  your weight at all costs.  People who starve themselves may see some body water weight loss but no real or healthy weight loss ensues.  You need to eat and you need to move to lose weight.  Turn on your metabolism every morning and keep you muscles working all day.

Common complaint: Do you feel your breast get softer after she nurses? If so, you have enough milk. By one month, if you are exclusively nursing, she should be getting enough milk. But your pediatrician can confirm that by weighing her and compare with the previous weight. She should have wet diapers several times a day. If not, try a bottle, if she quiets down after, then she was hungry. See her doctor.

Pumping/expressing: First, you should consult your child's pediatrician for the lack of appetite and low hemoglobin. That being said, expressing or pumping your breastmilk is one way of maintaining your milk supply so you can continue to breastfeed. However, pumping or expressing breastmilk is not a natural process; we are not meant to be hooked up to a machine!  so it does take time and a bit of learning curve...
