Nope: Some say milk is not the healthiest thing for you anyways. Many vegans will or have any animal byproducts. Make sure your vitamin d levels are within normal range, if not supplement and or get some sun.

Depends : If someone is taking other goods which are rich in calcium and have enough sun exposure to form vitamin D then bones should not break even if we don't drink lot of milk .
