Here are some...: OAB has been common and its underlying causes are unclear for most cases. As to if high-impact body truama induces OAB, it remains unknown, but high impact (that is high acceleration or deceleration) may shatter all tissues including muscles, joints, and nerve fibers, from which it may potential leave behind its lingering effect. Analyzing the sequence of event &amp; physical exam will help elucidate.

Its All Related: Back is related to how the arch fell in your foot resulting in knee joints changing position that results in hip issues then translating to stress in your spine resulting in pieced nerves causing your sciatica.   Thats said, likely improving your arch with support/orthotic will help reduce the back pain.  Remember this will not happen overnight but will take time and your feet will hurt initially.

Arch collapse: What is your other foot like ?  Is it also collapsed? If not you may have ruptured a tendon which holds up the arch . You should be evaluated . Either way if custom orthotics are recommended . Place them in a neutral shoe

Yes: This may be a stress fracture of a metatarsal, or especially in a diabetic, the neuropathy causes weakness of the muscles and the arch falls. A specialist can probably help.

Treatments available: Chronic foot pain in a 10 yo should be evaluated so proper treatment can be started. It may be an arch issue &amp; if so orthotic shoe inserts can bring relief. This issue will likely only get worse without treatment as her adolescent growth/muscle mass increases put more strain on her feet.

The basics: The growth centers in the bones of her feet will close during adolescence. In women this can occur as early as ~14  or as late as ~18. At that point the bony structures are finalized, but shoe sizes can still change. The ligaments between bones that hold the structure can weaken or change under the burden of changing adult weight/muscle mass/ physical activity/pregnancy etc.

PTTD?: I wish I could see it. Even though you were told no arch collapse, it sounds like posterior tibial (tibialis posterior) tendon dysfunction, the most common cause of unilateral (only one foot, not both) adult flatfoot. Take a large piece of paper, wet the bottom of each foot, and stand. Do they look the same, or is one flatter?

No: Most likely posterior tibial tendon. Go see ur podiatrist for eval.
