have had post nasal drip for over a year, now i have clear blisters in the back of throat. is this serious should i worry?

Im not sure if you: Have true vesicular lesions in your throat or if what you are seeing is what we refer to as posterior oropharyngeal cobblestoning. That means that with persistent post nasal drip the back of the throat show signs of chronic inflammation that leads to the bumpy looking mucosa in the back of your throat. You should let your doctor take a look. Treating your post nasal drip will make a big difference

i have had swollen/slight pus-sy tonsils and clear blisters on back of throat for years. causes nil symptoms but bad breath. what could this be?

Tonsilar Crypts: They are natural craters in the tonsils that collect debris then sometimes can cause bad breath or bother you,. A dentist can remove them. Or you can try mouthwash.

Sounds like: you have chronically infected TONSILS ("so called CRYPTIC" tonsils..These would produce negative cultures at this point! Surgical removal is the treatment of choice although some recommend LONG TERM ANTIBIOTICS. You need the opinion of a Board Certified ENT (Ear Nose Throat) SPECIALIST...

Strep throat: The antibiotics should be starting to kick in. If your symptoms persist, you might consider checking in with your physician.

Exam: Rashes, sin lesions, bumps are relatively impossible to diagnose over the computer.  May be a cyst as described, but for definitive diagnosis, see the doc, good luck.

Probable aphthous: Aphthous ulcers are painful shallow white to slightly yellow ulcers with a red rim that form on mouth lining that has no underlying bone such as tongue, palate, tonsils.  They last 7-10 days then resolve.  Not sure the exact cause but commonly activated by stress.  May also be tonsil exudate.

what to do if i had a pill in the back of my throat that i was not aware was there, it came back up and now i have a blister?

Throat blister: The blister sounds like a response to the pill irritating the back of your throat.  As long as the pill is gone, the blister should heal.  Keep your diet soft for a few days so that you don't inadvertently pop the blister.  If you do, it certainly isn't that bad of a problem except that it will cause some pain.   It should heal without further intervention.  If it doesn't heal see your doctor.

See Doctor: Painless lesions in the oral cavity need to be evaluated by a doctor.  If you are a smoker or use chewing tobacco this necessitates a more thorough evaluation.  Usually if the lesion has not healed in 3 weeks, it will need a biopsy.
