Throat blister: The blister sounds like a response to the pill irritating the back of your throat. As long as the pill is gone, the blister should heal. Keep your diet soft for a few days so that you don't inadvertently pop the blister. If you do, it certainly isn't that bad of a problem except that it will cause some pain. It should heal without further intervention. If it doesn't heal see your doctor.

It will get better: This is pill blister or burn and most of these are self limiting and heal pretty fast.Avoid hot(temp)and spicy food and rinse your mouth with listerine three or four times a day, if painful take pain med like tylenol (acetaminophen) or motrin.
