Im not sure if you: Have true vesicular lesions in your throat or if what you are seeing is what we refer to as posterior oropharyngeal cobblestoning. That means that with persistent post nasal drip the back of the throat show signs of chronic inflammation that leads to the bumpy looking mucosa in the back of your throat. You should let your doctor take a look. Treating your post nasal drip will make a big difference
