Sternal angle: The bottom of the manubrium forms a joint with the uppermost portion of the body of the sternum known as the manubriosternal joint. The manubrium and sternal body lies in slightly different planes forming an angle known as the sternal angle or angle of Louis.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i swallowed a plastic, chocolate wrapper. it went down with bread and water but i feel pressure in my chest?

See a doctor: If you have chest pressure it may be anxiety, respiratory problems, esophageal reflux, esophageal spasm, or any other cardiac problem.  some folks with mitral valve prolapse also experience this and a doctor would need to diagnose your problem after a physical exam and some testing if it does not resolve on its own.

i accidentally swallowed one of those plastic gum toothpicks (1 1/2 in). one edge was pointed and the other side was flat. i started getting pains in-between my breasts and then an hour? later it moved down to my chest idk if its serious, wht do i do?

: likely of no importance. If it made it into your stomach (you can swallow fluids easily) it will transit the gut &amp; pass in 3-4 days. We have a lot of experience with similar items kids under 2 seem to eat at random. In the rare chance you develop colicky abdominal pain over the next few days see your doc. Otherwise I wouldn't lose sleep over the issue.

are objects placed on skin (spoons, metals, plastic, etc.) that stick to skin (chest and forehead) normal, common, or rare?  is it a skin condition?

Normal: What you described does not mean that there is any disease of the skin or otherwise.

i swallowed a bottle cap, just from one of the plastic walmart water bottles and now my chest is burning alot in waves. i have a high pain tolerance and this hurts. what is it what steps do i take?

Accepted Answer

: If it is causing you that much discomfort, you need to be evaluated to be certain the bottle cap isn’t stuck in your esophagus somewhere or the intestinal tract if it made it into your stomach. You can go to the nearest emergency room and they can check on x-ray or CT scan where the bottle cap is. If it is stuck somewhere, it may need to be removed. If it is passing, then it can be observed.

i consumed musrooms, a month ago, stored in a plastic ziploc bag for a couple months. i had difficulty breathing and pains in my chest. after a couple weeks the left side of my body felt weak, but my breathing is improving. could i have had botulism?

Botulism: Your symptoms were suggestive of botulism but not diagnostic and since your respiratory system showed improvement you were fortunate if you were indeed exposed to the botulism toxin. An expert in infectious disease could advise you best about this matter and inform you on whether some testing now could establish earlier exposure to the toxin.

Not that I know of: It might be possible but would be long and tedious and the donor site might be difficult to find that would match.

concaved chest - pectus excavatum, can i have chest implants/plastic surgery?

Accepted Answer

Yes: Depending on the magnitude of the pectus excavatum, there are a variety of surgical procedures and/or implants that can be used to correct this. I would suggest seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.  Good luck!

my hasband had a plastic anemia and now has green indents on his skin now a golf ball size lump inside his chest and 2under his ribs?

See your doctor: This problem is much too complex to answer in this forum. Your husband may have an infection, hematoma, or other problem. He needs to be evaluated by his hematologist.

can a concaved chest (pectus excavatum) be fixed with chest implants/plastic surgery instead of a hospital operation?

Accepted Answer

It's still surgery: The answer is yes, it can be fixed with implants (not the best solution) and/or plastic surgery. Either procedure is surgery. In the past a procedure called the nuss procedure was used to correct the shape of the rib cage using an implanted metal plate and i assume you are referring to this procedure. Recently fat injections have been used to correct minor deformities.
