Are objects placed on skin (spoons, metals, plastic, etc.) that stick to skin (chest and forehead) normal, common, or rare? is it a skin condition?

Normal: What you described does not mean that there is any disease of the skin or otherwise.

Objects and skin: If someone is able to stick objects to skin and is able to keep them suspended there, this would certainly not be considered to be within the realm of the norm. I have heard of such cases but I would think they would be discovered only within the realm of "Ripleys Believe It or Not" or Circuses, and I would imagine the reason for this phenomenon, is unknown.
