If it is causing you that much discomfort, you need to be evaluated to be certain the bottle cap isn’t stuck in your esophagus somewhere or the intestinal tract if it made it into your stomach. You can go to the nearest emergency room and they can check on x-ray or CT scan where the bottle cap is. If it is stuck somewhere, it may need to be removed. If it is passing, then it can be observed.
