Not that I know of: It might be possible but would be long and tedious and the donor site might be difficult to find that would match.

Some do: Single follicle transplants from scalp to chest can be done and are very successful. They will need to be trimmed however as unlike chest hair they continue to grow like they did on the head.

Yes, it can be done: All types of hair loss can be addressed with transplants -eyebrows, sideburns, and chest hair. The donor hair comes from the scalp and may have a different texture when compared to normal chest hair. Scalp hair that is transplanted to another area will have to be trimmed since scalp hair is programmed to grow "longer". It is best to find a doctor that specializes exclusively in hair transplant.

Not a common one: This is not a common procedure and it may be difficult to find a "specialist". While it technically can be performed, certain issues such as donor sites, hair quality, recipient site conditions (vascularity) may make this a more challenging procedure with less consistent results than the scalp.
