No contraindication: All three medications can be used together, assuming you don't have an individual reason for not using anyone of the the three.  Remember ibuprofen can affect your stomach, so if you decide to use it, consider taking it with food.  Also if your pain isn't resolving or is getting progressively worse through all the medications, please consider seeing your doctor again.

OK to take: You can take Ibuprofen up to 800mg every 8 hours as needed.  I would start with 400mg at first and increase from there if that dose is not effective.  You should not take 800mg unless under the care of a physician so check with your pcp.

Regular ibuprofen OK: As directed, regular (NOT PM) has no reported interaction problems, but inform your Dr or dentist too - just to be sure about you in particular. Anbesol as directed should also be fine. I hope you feel better real soon!

: Yes, you can take ibuprofen with PCN and watch the symptoms, nothing to be alarmed yet.

Yes: You can take Ibuprofen and penicillin antibiotics at the same time.  Penicillin is not the best antibiotic for an ear infection.  Amoxicillin, augmentin, ceftin, (cefuroxime) vantin etc. Would be better.
