OK to take: You can take Ibuprofen up to 800mg every 8 hours as needed. I would start with 400mg at first and increase from there if that dose is not effective. You should not take 800mg unless under the care of a physician so check with your pcp.

Ibuprofen: You can take Ibuprofen if needed. Since it is an anti-inflamatory, it should help with the swelling.Tramadol is for pain, and the penicillin should prevent infection. For an adult 400mg Ibuprofen every 6 hours as needed should be beneficial. However, never take Ibuprofen on an empty stomach or if you have any history of GI bleeding or you are being treated with blood thinners. Ask your pharmacist.

Yes....: Assuming you have not an allergic reaction to it or any other nsaid, have no kidney issues or ulcers, you should be ok taking it short term. I would stick with 400mg every 6 hours as needed.

No problem: There is no significant interaction between the three. As long as you don't have any renal issues or allergy, Ibuprofen up to 800 mg three times a day for short periods is acceptable.
