Hello. i was prescribed today penicillin 500mg .and tramadol hcl 50mg.but my face is swollen extreme. pain .,tramadol is for pain but im still in pain.. can i take ibuprofen. and can i put some maxium strength. anbelsol?

Regular ibuprofen OK: As directed, regular (NOT PM) has no reported interaction problems, but inform your Dr or dentist too - just to be sure about you in particular. Anbesol as directed should also be fine. I hope you feel better real soon!

Of course, you can: However, if you rely on antibiotics or other not a definitive treatment, the tooth infection always will come back. Dentist will treat a tooth infection by treating the cause and getting rid of the infection. Do not delay. See your dentist ASAP. Good luck.
