Accepted Answer

Yes: The vitamins will enter your system through your GI tract without interacting with the B12.  This is not a problem.

Likely fine: I don't see any harm in doing it although there has not been proven benefits from taking a daily multivitamin.

Unneccessary: B vitamins are all water-soluble, so excess is excreted in the urine.  Therefore, it is generally safe to take extra B-vitamins, but there is no medical reason to do so, unless you have been diagnosed with a deficiency or are at risk of a deficiency due to certain medications or conditions.  In general, try to get your nutrients from healthy foods.

low ferritin 5.5 & b12, 241 my doctor isn't concerned? would a daily multivitamin help rise these or do i need to take something for both of these?

More than that: Ms. Blum, based on this and an other question, you need to be treated for your nutritional deficiencies. If your current doctor is not responsive, it is appropriate to see a different doctor. 
It may be that your intake is insufficient or that your intestines do not absorb nutrients properly, in either care consulting a gastroenterologist would do you good.

my blood results showed high vitamin b12 level of 1125 with the range of 200-950. should i be concerned? i do take high level of b12 as multivitamins.

No concern: Vitamin B12 level of 1125 is not a cause for concern. However you may be taking more vitamins than may be needed.

my b12 level is 227 today. 15 months ago it was 194. doctors here & on the internet say this level is too low. i take a multivitamin everyday. dr checked level because i'm tired alot. all other labs normal. should i be worried? do i need b12 shots?

: A multivitamin likely does not have enough Vitamin B in it to bring the level up sufficiently but just enough to maintain it if it is normal to start with. A month of 1000 micrograms per day would be the first choice to improve before going to injections. However, injections would definitely improve it too.

i take a generic brand womens multivitamin every morning. it makes me nauseous for 30 minutes to 2 hours after i take it. what could be causing this? i also take b12 5000 mcg and biotin 10000 mcg and suffer from gerd.

Eat: Multivitamins are loaded with vitamins and minerals, hence the name.  They routinely cause upset stomach in many people.  You can try taking them with food, this sometimes will alleviate or at least lessen the discomfort.  Also trying a different brand can sometimes help.

Maybe: A good multivitamin will include c, e, b12, and b-complex so you are probably taking a lot of the same (and spending a lot of money... Vitamins are not cheap!).  Glucosamine is good but you are too young to need it.  If you feel like you need them, i would spend on a good multivitamin that has all that you need.  I personally prefer to get vitamins from fresh foods as they are better absorbed.

Yes, however...: Every prenatal multivitamin contains all of those and more so this is definitely safe. However, the most important vitamin in a prenatal is Folic Acid (ideally as folinic acid or L-5-MTHF), esp. important in the first few weeks of pregnancy. Also eat greens and beans/lentils for folate (folic acid).

i take a multivitamin everyday. can i take vitamin b12 separately as i have a deficiency(175). also may i take a separate vit c supplement ?

Anemia: 1. You can take all 3 separately. 2. B12 is better to take intramuscular injection 1 mg once a month better absorbed compared to taking it orally or by mouth . Vit c is very imp vit take 500 mg daily.
