A member asked:

Can i take multivitamins with minerals after having b12 injection?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Richard Bensinger answered

Yes: The vitamins will enter your system through your GI tract without interacting with the B12. This is not a problem.

My B12 level is 227 today. 15 months ago it was 194. Doctors here & on the internet say this level is too low. I take a multivitamin everyday. Dr checked level because I'm tired alot. All other labs normal. Should I be worried? Do I need b12 shots?

I take a generic brand womens multivitamin every morning. It makes me nauseous for 30 minutes to 2 hours after I take it. What could be causing this? I also take B12 5000 mcg and biotin 10000 mcg and suffer from gerd.
