Yes: The chances are less, but the clot can still be rejected resulting in a dry socket.

Not likely: The stitch coming out will not cause a dry socket if there is a healthy clot in the extraction site.  It may appear that there isn't but the extraction site is as long as tooth that was in it and the primary area that dry socket occurs is more than 3 mm below the surface of the gum.   The hole you see is probably very shallow.   Follow your post operative instructions and consult your dentist

Dry socket: Even though stitches have been secured, the extraction site may not be entirely closed.
Negative pressure(smoking, sucking through a straw, sucking saliva away from the surgery site) can dislodge the clot.

whn can  i resume my daily normal life , i got my 2 bottom wisdom teeth out on thursday march 18, tomorrow thursday is 7 days, im very cautious to what i do being that i dont want to get a dry socket or something else. i got dissolved stitches?

: Without pain or swelling, after seven days you've pretty much healed. Unless your oral surgeon provided you with specific instructions on activities to avoid I would think that you're good to go.

Very difficult: Its very difficult but can happen. See your doctor and get treatment quickly you dont want to loose that graft.

Post op pain: You may just be dealing with some aggressive post operative pain associated with the difficult extraction. Impacted teeth tend to require the removal of bone and require more healing time than erupted teeth. If its been over a week and there's still pain or more pain, contact your dental surgeon.

i was stitched up afterwards, but some say that does not prevent dry socket. how do i know if i have it?

Pain: The hallmark for dry socket is extreme pain that feels like it radiates to your ear and entire lower jaw.  Usually things seem ok for the first couple days after the surgery then around 72hrs, the pain hits you like a ton of bricks.  If you are just having a little soreness you're probably alright, otherwise have it checked out.

Always possible: But less likely than an extraction without sutures. If you feel you have a problem, call the surgeon who extracted the tooth.

Not really: A dry socket can occur several weeks out. I've seen it as an ER doctor.  So, stay vigilant.
