Yes, it is possible: If there is exposed bone somewhere in the socket area and it dries out or is infected the area can develop a dry socket or alveolitis.

Not likely : By definition - dry socket is loss of the clot with local inflammation in the bone. As long as the bone graft is present its difficult to see how you would have a a"dry socket". That is not to say that you won't have some pain after a bone graft. Check with your dentist or oral surgeon.
