LLQ colonic pain: With a negative ultrasound, it could be constipation,
even with stalling everyday. Drink a lot of water, fruits, vegetables, whole grains and take Miralax OTC at home every night until pain subsides. Also, if pain is superficial on that side, it could be musculoskeletal pain if active and Advil 400 mg po q 6 hrs is helpful for muscle strain or pain. If pain worsens. see your pedi MD on  visit.

Rarely: Sometimes ultrasound will see a colon mass but this is uncommon. Spread of colon cancer to the lymph nodes or liver would be more common to see than the tumor itself.

is it possible to have cancer of colon or stomach within 3month as i had ultrasound before 3month & nothng was detected now had dark stol & abdmn pain

May be bleeding: if you see black tarry stool. The abdominal pain requires ongoing evaluation including blood testing and abdominal ultrasound/CT scan of the abdomen. I suggest a comprehensive physicial exam and rectal exam for blood and DNA markers.

No: Ultrasound does not even attempt to evaluate bowel.  The gas inside the bowel does not allow the sound waves to penetrate, causing "shadowing" which makes it near impossible to even get a look at most of the bowel.  Occasionally in very thin people or children, the appendix can be seen if it is abnormal, but otherwise ultrasound is useless for evaluating bowel.

also should i consult my gynaecologist for a hemorragic ovarian cyst?

Choice of words: The descending colon is basically a bag/tube where feces is stored. When you poop it empties &amp; the walls fold in on themselves until more poop moves in. The ovaries occasionally form hemorrhagic cysts. It is not particularly notable or in need of any treatment. Without more information about why a study was done, little can be said.

? Stool analysis : If  you  stool  is not  yet analysed  for malabsorption, have you doctor analyse the  stool . He could  consider pancreatic insufficiency, other causes  of malabsorption and irritable  bowl syndrome.

Spots: There are a variety of things that can be seen in the liver.  Not all of them are metastatic tumors. You can have benign nodules.  However, ct is a better way of viewing the liver.  It is difficult to know what the spot is without reading your radiology reports.  I would clarify with your doctor.

No, not common: Bowel obstruction can occur due to post op adhesions(uncommon) or tumor left behind(this will happen if the cancer was advanced/late stage. Your doctor will have to sort out which of these two possibilities apply to your case.

i'm a 28 year old female that has had right sided pelvic pain for a few months. i have had two clear ultrasounds and a clear ct scan with contrast. can right sided pelvic pain be a symptom of colon cancer? or any idea on what may be causing the pain?

Right pelvic pain: Have  other GI signs ?, nausea /vomiting? diarrhea? blood in stool? Able to eat? May be GI - gallbladder,   diverticulum ( meckels- but that is  associated with bleeding) ,  CT would note appendicitis and  i assume  kidney stones were considered .  But   I have seen women w/pelvic pain w/vaginal culture  of  ureoplasma/ mycoplasma  and responded to docycycline / or azithromycin f/u /MD
