Is it possible to have cancer of colon or stomach within 3month as i had ultrasound before 3month & nothng was detected now had dark stol & abdmn pain

May be bleeding: if you see black tarry stool. The abdominal pain requires ongoing evaluation including blood testing and abdominal ultrasound/CT scan of the abdomen. I suggest a comprehensive physicial exam and rectal exam for blood and DNA markers.
