On a ultrasound report. what does it mean to have a collapsed descending colon? also should i consult my gynaecologist for a hemorragic ovarian cyst?

Choice of words: The descending colon is basically a bag/tube where feces is stored. When you poop it empties & the walls fold in on themselves until more poop moves in. The ovaries occasionally form hemorrhagic cysts. It is not particularly notable or in need of any treatment. Without more information about why a study was done, little can be said.
