See your DR. : Allopurinal os a good alternative to controlling uric acid.  But you need to find out if you are a overproducer of ua.  Take a 24 urine test for ua and your dr will be able to advise on best oral treatment.

Reduce red meat: Reduce your red meat intake with white meat as much as possible.  Moderate or eliminate alcohol consumption.  Avoid excessive red bean consumption as well.

Bing cherries have been known as a folk remedy for gout for years.  Consider adding them (or pure cherry juice) to your diet.

Could you suggest: Probably best to see a good nutritionist. Most hospitals provide this service., maybe for a nominal fee, money well spend. In general for diabetes stay away from "white" foods that are simple carbohydrates. Educate yourself on foods with low glycemic index that are good for diabetics , stay away from high glycemic . For gout, eliminate shrimp/ lobster/ red meat/beans/asparagus . See nutritionist.
