Good/Bad: On the one hand, white spots in the mouth anywhere i think can be due to a precancerous condtion, a bacterial or fungal infection.  The problem is that it is exceedingly difficult to look in your own throat as just about any light shined and looked at with a mirror causes bad reflections.  Seeing a doctor is the only way i know of to really know for sure.

my throat got soar 4 days after kissing my bf and he got tested and hes clean but i still have white spots on my tonsils what is it and how i get it?

Rule out Inf Mono: What do you mean "he got tested and he is clean?"  if he has infectious mononucleosis (eb virus) he may have already developed immunity and passed the virus on to you.  Infectious mononucleosis is common in your age group and is transmitted exactly as you describe.  It could, of course, be any viral infection.   I would advise a mono spot test.

No...but: The flu and strep are different germs. Symptoms can be similar in some, but a person can also have both at the same time. Only proper testing can separate the two issues and or confirm that they are both present. Throat spots are not a definitive sign for either label.

do i have tonsil stones? spotted tiny white spots, i get bad breath, a sore throat and thick mucus in my throat where i constantly have to clear it.

Tiny white spots: Probably not tonsil stones.  However, any white lesions in the mouth/throat of longer than 2 weeks duration should be investigated.  If white spots on tonsils or back of throat, see your General Physician for exam and to evaluate mucous.  If white spots in oral cavity see your Dentist to evaluate and to address your bad breath.  You may have to see both.

i started abx last sunday for sinusitis. my child has strep. i now have white spots on tonsils but no sore throat or fever. can i get strep?

Not on abx: If you are currently taking the kind of abx we give for strep, you cannot get it. If you finished &amp; it was a long acting med like azithromycin it is likely still working to prevent strep. Attack rate within families ranges from 1/4 to 1/32 depending on the season. I would not seek treatment unless you have symptoms fever,soreness.

hi i had a cyst on my neck for 2 years now,but recently it turned yellow like a pimple does so i sqeezed it and got some stuff out,but now it has swollen to 5 times the size and is hard as a rock and hurts and sometimes get those white spots like pimples

Get seen: You squeezed an epidermoid inclusion cyst. It's human nature to do this but now your body has reacted to the stuff in the cyst and you're going to have a mess until a physician treats it. It may need to be surgically excised.

Depends: An exam would help.  It may mean nothing or if they are itchy it could be a fungal infection.

Tinea: Tinea Versicolor would be on the top of my list. A quick visit to your doctor and a course of anti fungal ointment- should solve your problem.

? Infection?: It may be related to a viral infection. For significant sore throat with swollen tonsils / lymph nodes –  see physician & get a strep throat test / culture.

Ignore it: There are crypts or holes in the tonsils, and the tonsils do their job of getting rid of bacteria and excreting the combination of dead bacteria and white cells - hence the white spots. 
Ignore them
if you are concerned about breath you can use pulsatile irrigation that is designed to remove that material. Breath.
