Good/Bad: On the one hand, white spots in the mouth anywhere i think can be due to a precancerous condtion, a bacterial or fungal infection. The problem is that it is exceedingly difficult to look in your own throat as just about any light shined and looked at with a mirror causes bad reflections. Seeing a doctor is the only way i know of to really know for sure.
