i have gallstones, need gallbladder removed, heard drinking apple juice, olive oil n lemon juice passes the stones, one is very large. does it work?

Doesn't work: This alleged gallstone flush results in the passage of concretions of oil that pass through the GI tract and are excreted in to the toilet, looking like "stones". The only way to actually remove the stones is to surgically remove the gallbladder. We could only wish it were that easy.  Hope this helps!

i would put a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in my orange juice 3x this past week. day 3 now on/off i feel a dull pain on upper right side by rib cage. could this have damaged my gallbladder? i dont feel anything after a meal, maybe after coffee?

Right sided pain : It is unlikely that the vinegar has caused the symptoms you describe. However with pain in this area there are possible other causes like gallbladder disease, stomach ulcer, which would need evaluation by your doctor through imaging and a thorough history and physical exam.

NO: unfortunately you can not dissolve the gall stones , You can have all heath supplements,  Epsom salt is not for consumption

Time: Time. There is a medication called Donnatal (phenobarbital atropine hyoscyamine and scopolamine) however, that can help. This is only a temporary solution. Definitive treatment is surgical removal of the gallbladder, typically done with a technique known as laparoscopy, using small incisions and a camera.

Avoidance: Best to treat the problem & avoid the attacks. Avoid fried fatty greasy foods. Take something like Ibuprofen if having discomfort. If the pains continue and you have gallstones, see your doctor for a referral to a general surgeon for laparoscopic surgery to remove the gallbladder & gallstones. If the pain is bad and having a lot of vomiting, you may need to go to an er for evaluation.

ANTI INFLAMMATORIES: If the attack is severe and unrelenting, you may need to get some pain relief at an urgent care or priority care center.  You can try anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen). Hydrate, and avoid any fatty food.  That's about it.  Good luck.

Cholecystitis: Typically right upper abdominal pain as you described would be evaluated with liver lab tests and an ultrasound. I recommend semi-urgent/urgent medical evaluation, especially if you know you have gallstones. If cholecystitis is diagnosed, surgery would likely be recommended. There are other causes which can often be diagnosed with few tests.

Pain: Usually right upper quadrant pain or discomfort 30minutes or so after eating a meal. Worse with fat. May radiate backwards.

NO: The gall bladder is stimulated by a fatty meal, alcohol is a carbohydrate. Your pain may be gastritis/duodenitis due to etoh toxic effects

: Pain is a very subjective sensation. The only person to be even close to be able to help you would be a person who has had both. My guess is that  gallbladder attack might be more painful
