ANTI INFLAMMATORIES: If the attack is severe and unrelenting, you may need to get some pain relief at an urgent care or priority care center. You can try anti-inflammatory drugs (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen). Hydrate, and avoid any fatty food. That's about it. Good luck.
