NO: unfortunately you can not dissolve the gall stones , You can have all heath supplements, Epsom salt is not for consumption

No: This is one of the silliest of all health frauds. Drink this horrible concoction, and you'll have some bizarre bowel movements that will consist largely of little yellow particles. They'll tell you these are gallstones. They aren't. Don't do this.
