Pain: Usually right upper quadrant pain or discomfort 30minutes or so after eating a meal. Worse with fat. May radiate backwards.

Pain: Typical symptoms of an "gallbladder attack" include pain in the abdomen. This pain is usually located at the bottom of the breastbone and under the right ribs and occasionally radiates to the back. Is often present about 30 to 60 minutes after food ingestion and sometimes associated with nausea and vomiting.
