does emg show cidp? ive had burning pain in both arms and now a hand tremor (occasionally at rest) but emg/ncs & mri were clear. could it be cidp? neuro didnt take my issues seriously because im too young for anything bad - im scared?

Joint pain: See a physician.  You should be evaluated for your symptoms to rule out medication side effects or a nerve or rheumatologic condition.  I recommend seeing your primary care provider first, who can then refer you to a rheumatologist or neurologist as appropriate.

what causes numbness in tip of ring finger & 4th toe on same side of body. intermittent burning pain in arms and also occasional finger tremor/twitches. allll blood work clear, brain & spine mri clear and clean emg. ana 1:640 but clear blood work too?

: You have had a thorough work-up and current symptoms are not life threatening or debilitating so you just have to watch those symptoms for now, do not worry too much. Let me explain: Peripheral neuropathy, a result of nerve damage, often causes numbness and pain in your hands and feet. People typically describe the pain of peripheral neuropathy as tingling or burning, while they may compare the loss of sensation to the feeling of wearing a thin stocking or glove. 
Causes.
Alcoholism
autoimmune diseases
diabetes
exposure to poisons
trauma or pressure on the nerve.

i have been taking lexapro 5 mg for anxiety for about 5 weeks now. i take it around 9am.  i always wake up btw 3-4 am and starts to have burning sensation in hands and arms. it seems like it is consistent and not going away. is this common?

Paraesthesias?: The burning sensation in hands and arms is a side effect of Lexapro,occuring in 2% of people taking it. If intolerable you can get changed to another agent of same group. Early waking up will become better with continued treatment of depression and anxiety with the antidepressant of choice.

Burning ; Urination: A bladder infection may cause a tingling sensation in the arms long before the typical symptoms of burning in the urethra. However, the arm tingling may also relate to a spinal nerve issue. I would check with your provider if the symptoms don't subside on their own soon.

No: Tingling and burning (collectively called "paresthesias" medically) are symtoms of peripheral nerve dysfunction. Sounds like you're compressing a trigger point? It's more common with certain diseases such as diabetes but can occur in normal people as well.

i get pain from my buttocks and down my leg, but i also get the burning sensation in my hands, arms and shoulders.  is this also by the  sciatica?

: Considerations include reflex sympathetic dystrophy, fibromyalgia, peripheral small fiber neuropathy, and toxin exposure.  It is not feasible to be precise beyond this, but would recommend you see a rheumatologist, physiatrist, or neurologist and get this evaluated.

Finger pain: Would follow up with  doc or  ER today, May be impingement of nerve  or blood  vessel (brachial plexus)  due to inflammatory state , mass,  which is worsened by overhead motion rarely could even be cardiac though that is usually one sided and not bilateral  But due to concern follow up today.
