Finger pain: Would follow up with doc or ER today, May be impingement of nerve or blood vessel (brachial plexus) due to inflammatory state , mass, which is worsened by overhead motion rarely could even be cardiac though that is usually one sided and not bilateral But due to concern follow up today.
