That : That is a concerning symptom.  You will need to be seen and have this evaluated and possibly biopsied.  If it is painful or you have fever or redness, then you should be seen as an emergency.  Please have this medically evaluated.

May be normal: Sometimes the gums heal into a bump because of the way the stitches were placed. It may be completely normal, but you can mention it to your dentist to have it checked.

got all four wisdom teeth pulled the same night i notice small, white, sandlike bumps on lips. painless, don't itch but feel like sandpaper, what is it?

Dry lips?: It is likely just chapped lips, with the recent extreme changes in ga weather, your lips were probably dry and since the wisdom teeth are difficult to reach, your lips were likely stretched and chapped.  Keep them moist with vaseline or chapstick and  see your surgeon if it does not feel better once you do this.

i got two teeth pulled in july and there is a small bump where the dentist injected the novocaine into my gum and it's still a little numb. help me?

Takes time: The numbness might be due to very minor nerve damage or residual swelling in that region.  Regeneration of feeling in the mouth that might yet return but it is unknown.  If this is really causing you trouble you could speak with the dentist who gave you the novacaine, but outside of time there is not much we could do to return the feeling of sensation in that region.

Can't say: Without seeing it and knowing the history it is impossible to give you a straight answer. it may be nothing to worry about, the gums is healing and new tissue is trying to cover the area. if you have no pain you should not worry about it. If it is painful and the bump is getting bigger or bleeding you should call your dentist.

No it's not: You probably having or developing an infection,are you on antibiotics? 
You should see your dentist ASAP for cleaning and depridment of extraction site and prescribe the proper medications.
