Can't say: Without seeing it and knowing the history it is impossible to give you a straight answer. it may be nothing to worry about, the gums is healing and new tissue is trying to cover the area. if you have no pain you should not worry about it. If it is painful and the bump is getting bigger or bleeding you should call your dentist.
