Post Extraction: Hard sore bumps after wisdom tooth extraction? This question requires more information such as time frame after surgery, location of sore areas etc. In any case i suggest that you return to the performing health care provider for an exam and to evaluate whether you are healing appropriately and have your concerns addressed.

Probably bone: When surgery is done some bone is removed, some gum tissue is surgerized, and may take up to 6 months to recontour. Would be prudent to ask your oral surgeon specialist to examine you and make sure healing is progressing normally.
