i had breast implants put  in 6 months ago and just in the last 3 days in my left boob has been sore and even to lay on what could it be ?

Depends: You still have your own breast tissue too! are you ovulating or having a period? Most women can have breast soreness worse in one breast than in the other, variable with hormones. You could be starting to get an infection. Watch for fever, redness  of your skin, firmness ,  nipple discharge  or worsening pain. Seek care for any of these problems or concerns.

i'm turning 18 soon and would like breast implants as a graduation present. i have been a 34a for 4 years now. am i too young to get a boob job?

Breast augmentation: There is no age for when you are allowed to get an augmentation for cosmetic reasons. There is an age for the ability to get silicone implants 23 years old. Most surgeons won't perform breast augmentation on women until they are at least 18 so they can give their own consent. Speak to a board certified plastic surgeon to see if you are a candidate.

3 times this year (3 mo. apart) one boob got twice the size for weeks. did mri: fluid around textured gel implant, no rupture. after a few weeks, it shrunk back, but it keeps happening. docs =no clue!

Seroma v lymphocoele: Fluid in tissue is a balance between leak rate from a blood vessel (rate is higher in surgical areas due to inflammation and increased blood flow) and rate of resorption (fluid that goes thru the lymph channels). Usually fluid around an incision is a seroma, a collection of fluid that is similar to serum, yellowish in color.  On occasion, fluid can be lymph, creating a lymphocoele.

Not sure: It could be a problem with the implant materials? You might want to discuss with plastic surgeon who implanted yours about the implant you received and see if there are documented issues or not

woke up to sore ribs when touched right under left boob, it is a dull pain when not touched, and sharp pain appears when breathing in, i have breast implants but they seem fine its just right underneath. its also painful around the side of rib also?

: Likely the pain is due to costochondritis, a benign inflammation of the costochondral joint, the location is close and parallel to the breast bone (sternum) .

All are safe: Both silicone and saline implants are safe. Neither increases the risk  of breast cancer. Silicone gel implants are gelatinous (gummy bear) implants that do not leak if ruptured.  They are more commonly used today. Liquid Silicone implants may rupture and leak, but leakage has not been clearly linked to subsequent disease.

Breast enlargement: Of course garments/bras can be used. There are several other techniques to enlarge the breast with breast implants being the most popular. Either saline or silicone implants can be used. Other methods include external expanders (brava device), or fat tranfer via grafts or flaps. A variety of hormones can be used but are generally used only for male to female transgender treatment.

Many varieties!: In general, breast augmentation is performed using implants. 
There are some that are performing augmentation with fat grafting, which involves liposuction from one area of your body and injecting the fat into the breasts.
For implant augmentation, there are saline (salt water) and silicone implants. Saline are less expensive but most agree that silicone have a more natural feel.
