Seems OK: The above mention supplements are in common use and the amount you indicated is in safe range and so should be ok to use. Remember that supplements are meant to supplement and should not the primary source of your vitamins/proteins etc.. A well balanced diet with plenty of fruits/veggies should a better approach. Vitamin : For a young healthy person, simply eating a healthy diet rich in leafy green vegetables, red and orange vegetables, some fish   is sufficient.  One might consider a multivitamin, but this is probably not necessary if you are eating right.  Green veggies are rich in lutein and orange veggies have lots of beta carotene in them. Both compounds are good for eyes.

These also have biotin, which is important, & natural e, not synthetic.

Go to a nutritionist, good store, or get some guidance because the popular brands are typically very week and not helpful.  US recommended daily allowances typically low.

Absolutely: B12 in the form of methyl cobalamin is necessary for numerous biochemical pathways.  It can prevent psychoses, nerve tissue degeneration and megaloblastic anemia.  Methyl B12 can be given safely at doses up to 3mg intramuscularly and can be given weekly in those patients who cannot absorb it through the GI tract.  Otherwise, 2mg oraly is optimal. There are no known side-effects of having to much.
