A, B, C, E: Antioxidants such as vitamins c, e, a are effective at reducing free-radical damage caused by sun and pollution. Free radicals destroy collagen and elastin which causes wrinkles, sagging, and premature aging. They help the skin heal and prevent damage leading to certain skin cancers. Vitamin b especially biotin is important for hair, skin and nail health.
