hi i am suffering from nightfall because of wrong sleeping posture can you suggest me best sleeping posture to cure this problem ?

Night fall: I will use the common definition of 'night fall' as that common feeling of dropping off into a dark oblivion as you fall asleep.  There is no disease here and nothing to be cured of.

If you mean nocturnal emission, then that also is not a disease nor anything that needs a cure for. It is nature taking care of semen that needs to be expressed to make room for fresher semen.

Ball on side: Sleeping on side with  pillow between knees sitting on a ball chair is comfortable.

Various: There is no "best" position.  It will vary depending upon the location of the stone and your body's response to these positions from a comfort standpoint.  I assume you are on an alpha stimulating agent like Hytrin (terazosin) as well as whatever pain relief you need. and  plenty of fluid intake.

Sleep not remedy: Your sleep posture is not the remedy--it would be too easy. Postural exercise may have some benefit. If you have been on steroids there may be some structural change.

Yes: The TMJ can be directly affected by posture and the position you sleep in.  TMJ disorders may be due to a number of different causes with different treatment modalities. The wrong treatment could do more harm.  Without more definitive information regarding your symptoms, a non-chew diet, moist heat, and an OTC anti-inflammatory med might help until you can be properly evaluated.
