Just got diagnosed with kidney stones was just wondering what would be the best posture to sleep and be comfortable while i sleep..

Various: There is no "best" position. It will vary depending upon the location of the stone and your body's response to these positions from a comfort standpoint. I assume you are on an alpha stimulating agent like Hytrin (terazosin) as well as whatever pain relief you need. and plenty of fluid intake.
