Low protein c and low at-iii can contribute to pe; however your values are high and therefore did not contribute to your pe. I am sure your docs are looking for other causes. Good luck.

Continue to take: You are a hepatitis B virus carrier.  With the use of the antiviral agent, tenofovir, you have successfully suppressed viral replication, which will help reduce the risk of hepatitis progression.  This does not mean that you are cured however, and you will need to take this medication, as prescribed, otherwise you are at risk for viral reactivation and developing a drug resistant mutation.

i am fully vaccinated with pfizer. i had a potential exposure three days ago. could a pcr test give me a false positive in that i fought it off but still show positive? could a rapid antigen test give me a good idea if i was positive at this point?

: A PCR test is more reliable in detecting the virus. Fully vaccinated people can get infection, however, almost always it is asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic. The person though can spread the virus to others. That is one of the reasons, CDC has advised to wear masks, even for those who are vaccinated.

if i took only one pill of rapeprazole 20 mg then after three days i do urea breath test for h pylori and after five days i do stool antigen test for h pylori, both are negative and i have no complaints does the one pill affect the results ?

: Were you tested for H. Pylori before and after taking one tablet of proton pump inhibitors and positive tests changed into negative and symptoms resolved?  If it is, it is a  miracle or lab error. I am happy that you are back to good health. Thanks for sharing.

Super vs mere mortal: A superantigen does not require processing by a middle-man  to induce an immune response.  Staph enterotoxin is just one of the examples.  The regular antigen requires processing and presentation to the lymphocyte in order  to induce the immune response. This is just a simple answer to a complex question.

: Test can remain positive after 10 days but it does not mean you are still a carrier, i.e. you can pass the virus to other people. Most people are tested negative after one week though.
