Depends: This terminology is used more outside the US and means the combination vaccine against diptheria, tetanus and whooping cough (pertussis), given in a series of scheduled doses, followed by boosters. There is a triple antigen Hepatitis B vaccine (Hepacare) but this is not used in the US. I don't know which countries offer it or even if it is still being offered.
