If you can't find a doctor, go to a hospital emergency department. This can be an emergency.

Not by itself: Antibiotics like augmentin will suppress the symptoms of an infection but only the appropriate dental procedure will really solve the problem. You need a good diagnosis and treatment plan.

: Jaw pain can come from several things, I don't think you will get a specific answer to your concern using this forum. It requires an in-person examination. I wonder if it is nerve pain or a referral from somewhere else. I suggest seeing a primary care doctor, best an internist who is the most trained to care for adults. They can see the entire picture , do a good examination and consider referrals

Need brief time: Any time enlarged lymph nodes in the neck  is a concern at any age , till the cause is established , more often it is  is due to infection in pro-pharygeal cavity less often is due to head & neck cancers, and lymphomas , let your doctor check you

Yes.: An impacted tooth can cause debris and bacteria to collect around the gum and infection can then set in.  Over time infection around the tooth can spread to and infect the adjacent bone (osteomyelitis).

Yes: It seems you have an otitis externa (infection of ear canal).  Check with your doctor.

NO: Not sure of the cause of the fainting but not a cyst.  It is not the cause of chronic nasal infections.  It may cause headaches but not your fainting. YOu need to be seen by your doctor for futher eval.

Yes: It could be "just an infection", but this should be evaluated by your doctor and treated appropriately.  If you were concerned that this lump might be a cancer that seems improbable, but a doctor needs to see it and feel it to be certain what it is likely to be due to.
