Get ear examined : Sharp temple pain involving ear may be due to multiple causes, but infection in the ENT region needs to be rules out first. Tension and ,Migraine Headaches along with high blood pressure could contribute to temple pain. Temple arteritis needs to be considered if common causes are ruled out and if still symptomatic.
