Will augmentin take car of a jaw bone infection if i have one im taking it for tooth infection in panic spreading to all facial bones what the chances?

Not by itself: Antibiotics like augmentin will suppress the symptoms of an infection but only the appropriate dental procedure will really solve the problem. You need a good diagnosis and treatment plan.

See Your Dentist : Have the tooth infection treated and most likely the jaw infection will go away as well. Don't expect antibiotics alone to cure an infected tooth. The Augmentin will merely suppress the infection and if the tooth isn't treated or removed, it will come back.
