Foam vs drool????: Most individiuals continue to produce saliva even while sleeping which keeps the mouth moist and is usually swallowed except if mouth breathing or if facial musculature is very relaxed while sleeping.  Depending on the viscosity of the saliva, it could appear to be foamy.

It is important to know more details such as duration, sleep disturbances, loud snoring, and more in order to evaluate underlying conditions that may be contributing. Suggest you video record child and review with doctor to identify any abnormalities that could be present

Basics: A fall that did not knock out the kid,cause memory loss or a change of personality/behavior is unlikely to be significant. Sleep/rest on their normal schedule is okay. A fall that caused the noted issues or triggers repeated vomiting requires a hospital visit.

my son ( 3 years old) had his tonsils removed 6 days ago. he is not eating and has pains in his right hand and left knee. not sleeping due to pain?

Post tonsillectomy: You son may be developing complications  it would be wise to report his condition to the surgeon and to his pediatrician to find out why he is not sleeping, has pain in hand and knee and why he is not eating yet.  He should be seen for complications from surgery.

Maybe: The symptoms you are describing are consistent with signs of airway obstruction. Before removing tonsils and/or adenoids (adenoids are the usual cause), evaluation by an ENT specialist, with a sleep study would be recommended.

See below: There are lots of causes for sweating and cardiac disease is one cause.  However the lesions you mention should not be causing this.  I would make sure no obvious causes like room to warm, over dressed or too many blankets. If not the case you should discuss with the pediatrician to address other causes for the sweating.

3yr old has sleep movements at nights. it starts 3hours of being asleep- he kicks his legs, throw his arms and shakes his head side to side. it goes on for a few hours until he wakes for the day. at times he muffle words and cries. what can this be?

: Night terrors are a sleep disorder relatively common in young kids. It can increase in frequency when they have not been getting enough sleep.  These differ from nightmares by occurring in relatively deep sleep &amp; they do not wake to light touch. Light touch will bring a kid having a nightmare to an alert state quickly. Both issues resolve without treatment over time.
