Still not ok?: You did not say how long ago this was but if she is still not acting OK she needs to go back to the ER or her doctor.

Let her sleep: Since it is evening we do expect her to be sleepy now. Let her sleep her usual time. See how she is in the morning. If she has persistent vomiting, or is more sleepy than usual for that time of day, then return to clinic or er.
