Immunoglobulin A
Immunoglobulin a is an antibody that plays a critical in mucosal immunity found in mucosal secretions, tears, saliva, breast milk, the gastrointestinal tract, and the lungs. It helps prevent against sinus infections, ear infections, and pneumonia. More IgA is prodced per day than all other antibodies combined.
