The IgA is mildly elevated, nothing to concern especially you have no problem. You should discuss with your doctor about the results and the reason this specific panel was done.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, none of the data you provide, including slightly high IgA is a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
