Can check heme labs?: You can suggest if not ordered already: serum&urine protein electrophoresis. The IgA can be rechecked in 4-6 weeks and if still abnormal a hematologist can give an opinion. Other causes of elevated IgA can: chronic infections, liver conditions. The result may be a lab issue or from a viral infection too. https://www.aaaai.org/ask-the-expert/IgA https://gpnotebook.com/simplepage.cfm?id=147849251
