My immunoglobulin a is 354 . i had covid when i got my blood work done . could this be the reason its high ? also should i worry that its 2 over the high mark ? i have fatty liver and just got my gallbladder taken out as well ?

A high immunoglobulin level when you are sick is expected. You could have it re-checked once it is 2 weeks or so after you recover from Covid. Good luck to you!
