Shortness of breath, made worse by emotional stress

Shortness of breath, but heart is clear, as was lung CT and pulmonary stress test. Pinching in lungs. SOB getting worse, what could it be?

For the past couple years Ive felt really stressed and this past December I started having shortness of breath. Ive been breathing shallowly most of the time, but the past few days Ive been more relaxed, but can I be too relaxed?
