How would i know if i had fluid in my lungs? often i hold on a cough and i feel like i have shortness of breath, and like i need to breath deeper to get stuff out of me. im also stressed, but what could this be?

Please be examined by a doctor…they may hear something in your lungs. It’s also possible that you may need an X-ray

What can cause shortness of breath? x-ray, CT w/contrast, echocardiogram, holter monitor, stress test all normal. Still get feelings of elephant on lungs at random sometimes lasting for hours. Finger O2 oximeter reads 99-100?
